Ever fancied trying Bungee Fit? 

Well, here's your chance! Imagine being strapped into a bungee harness, bouncing, flying and laughing your way through a workout that's anything but ordinary!

No experience needed, just a willingness to give something new a go (and probably have a good giggle at yourself along the way!).

We'll be meeting at Stroud Brewery from 8pm for a quick hello before our Bungee Fit session starts at 8:30pm.

If you fancy grabbing a drink, lovely! Otherwise, just come along, meet the other ladies and we'll all head into the session together.

It's a great chance to put a few faces to names before we're all bouncing around in our harnesses!
