SoSo Supporter Policy

1. Overview

When you join SoSo as a Supporter, you’re subscribing to a community built on connection, kindness and shared experiences. Your subscription allows us to create more of what you love; local events, collaborations and spaces that help women find their people.

This policy explains how your SoSo Supporter subscription works, including payments, renewals, and cancellations.

2. Supporter Types

We currently offer:

SoSo Supporter – Monthly £8.50 subscription
Includes exclusive perks, events and community access.

3. Payments

Supporter payments are taken in advance via our website. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period (this is once per month).

You’ll receive a reminder before renewal and can cancel at any time before the renewal date to avoid further charges.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@somewheresouth.co.uk.

Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
We don’t offer partial refunds for unused time, but you’ll continue to have access to your benefits until your subscription term ends.

5. Refunds

Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
If you believe you’ve been charged in error, please contact us and we’ll review your request.

6. Event Tickets

Being a SoSo Supporter doesn’t include event tickets unless specified.
Supporters may receive priority access, discounted rates or exclusive event invitations, but all event bookings are managed separately.

7. Changes to our Policy

We may occasionally review our structure, benefits or pricing.
If we make any changes that affect you, we’ll always let you know in advance.
